Pedal costs like half a bus card
We help you calculate your cost if you are interested in a benefit bike. The monthly cost is about half of a regular monthly public transport ticket. The agreement runs for 36 months and is paid through a gross salary deduction, which means that the actual cost becomes 20-50% lower than if you were to buy Pedal on the market. The exact actual cost depends on your tax rate and which accessories you choose.

What does it cost me as an employer?
There are no additional costs for you as an employer to offer Vässla Pedal to your employees.
What happens after the contract period?
The employee can either buy the bike at market price, exchange it for another model, or simply choose to end the benefit at no extra cost.

It is a highly appreciated benefit among employees. It contributes to better health and increased productivity! It is also free of charge for the employer.
Is there a lot of admin?

What is a benefit cycle?
A benefit bike is exactly what it sounds like. A benefit that the employer can provide to its employees. The employee pays tax on the benefit, and the employer deducts employer contributions. The benefit bike is paid through so-called gross salary deduction, which means that the money is deducted from the salary before it is paid out.
What will it cost me?
It depends on your salary level and marginal tax rate. The payment is made by the employer making a gross deduction from the salary. The actual cost for the employee is 200-400 SEK/month (depends on the tax rate). For a small cost, you get access to a premium electric bike.
How does it work with warranty and insurance?
Your bicycle is covered by a warranty throughout the rental period. Theft insurance is provided through your home insurance. Check the terms that apply to you with your insurance company.
